NCT’s Jaehyun Mistreated while Yuta Favored by SM? Fans Angered by Lack of Promotions

Earlier in the year, it was announced that NCT member Jaehyun will be making his solo debut in August of this year. 

However, as of August 5, there has been no releases regarding this debut from SM, including no teaser, no pre-order notice, and no promotional schedules. On top of that, Jaehyun had to announce himself that his solo album will be released on August 12 via the fan communication platform Bubble.

This means that despite there being less than 1 week left until his solo debut, SM has no intention of promoting Jaehyun, leading to suspicions of the male idol being mistreated. 

Conversely, SM has promoted the new release of another NCT member – Yuta, despite this release being in October – a completely different approach compared to Jaehyun’s situation. 

SM’s different treatment towards the 2 NCT members has sparked outrage among fans, who has been expressing their anger on Jaehyun’s behalf and questioning why Yuta was promoted earlier despite his later release.
